Hellebuyck stopped just 11-of-15 shots in the Jets 6-2 loss to the Islanders. He played just 34:14 and was pulled after allowing the Islanders fourth goal at 14:13 of the second period.

The 23-year old netminder continues his up and down season going 3-2 in his last five starts. He was brilliant in a 34-save win his last outing against Chicago and then followed it up with this performance at home. For the season he is 13-12 with a 2.71 GAA and a .909 save percentage.
