James Neal collects two points in Tuesday's defeat

by Joshua Wattay | Blue Jackets Correspondent | Wed, Jan 25th 2:43am EST

James Neal scored a goal and was credited with an assist during Tuesday night's 5-4 overtime defeat to the Buffalo Sabres.

Fantasy Impact:

Neal was the fourth attacker into the offensive zone as Calle Jarnkrok was patient enough to hold onto the puck and feed Neal as he rushed his way into the slot. The rest was history as Neal shot the puck straight past Robin Lehner. Neal's goal would put the Predators up 4-2 with less than ten minutes remaining in the third period, but the Sabres rallied swiftly to tie the game and come out victorious in overtime. Neal has missed some time on the ice, but has been reliable enough while healthy with 24 points through 39 games this season.
