Fantasy Impact:

Saros was sent to the AHL by the Predators after surrendering five goals in a loss to the Buffalo Sabres on January 24th. Aside from that game Saros has been solid when filling in for Pekka Rinne. Saros holds a 5-3-2 record with a 1.79 goals-against-average and a .941 save percentage on the season in the NHL. Even with limited starts, Saros has shown the ability to become a great goalie in the NHL down the road. Marek Mazanec was sent to the AHL by the Predators in a corresponding move.
