Filip Forsberg scores shorthanded-goal to put the Predators ahead Sunday

by Joshua Wattay | Predators Correspondent | Mon, Feb 13th 12:13am EST

Filip Forsberg scored a shorthanded-goal during Sunday's 5-3 victory over the Dallas Stars.

Fantasy Impact:

Forsberg, while on the penalty kill, intercepted a neutral zone pass from Devin Shore before he proceeded to five-hole Kari Lehtonen on a breakaway shorthanded-goal. The goal came at the 6:02 mark of the third period placing the Predators up 4-3, and would end up being the game-winning-goal. Forsberg has cooled off recently with just two points in his last five games, but tonight was a perfect example of the 22-year-old's raw talent. He now has 35 points through 56 games this season.
