Auston Matthews surpasses Leafs rookie goal record versus Panthers

Matthews scored the first goal for the Maple Leafs in their 3-2 win over the Florida Panthers on Tuesday. He finished his night with three shots on net and an even rating in just under 18 and a half minutes of ice time.
Fantasy Impact:
With his 35th goal last night, Matthews is now the sole owner of the Leafs rookie goal scoring record, which was previously set by Wendel Clark back in the 1985-1986 NHL season. With just a handful of games left, Matthews now has the rookie lead for most goals as well as most points with 62 points in 75 games played.
