Luongo has not made back-to-back starts thus far since the 2017-18 campaign has gotten underway. He and James Reimer appear to be in a season-long timeshare for netminder responsibilities. Luongo is 1-1-0 in the two appearances he has made, logging a 3.06 GAA and surrendering six goals on 63 shots (.905 S%). He played well in his last start against St. Louis, making 37 saves on 39 shots. The veteran goalie will square off against a Flyers team that is averaging an eye-opening 4.20 goals scored per game.
