Toffoli fed the point 12 minutes into the first, but Oscar Fantenberg's initial point shot missed the net before scoring on second try. Toffoli then scored on an incredible solo effort from between three Islander defenders after he created his own shot with some nifty stickhandling at 17:11 in the same period and the Kings a man up.
