Puljujarvi received man of the match honors after carrying his team to a win with his three point game. First he deked and dangled his way into a comfortable offensive zone possession until he found Jujhar Khaira with a great thread the needle type pass between two defenders for the Oilers' second goal late in the first. At the end of the second, Puljujarvi scored the eventual game-winner, burying Adam Larsson's rebound to make it 3-2, then added another beautiful assist while breaking away 2-on-1 with Leon Draisaitl at 4:37 in the final frame.
