Mattias Ekholm notched a goal in the game on Saturday evening against the Islanders.

Ekholm has started the season out well with two assists during in the first game and a goal in Saturday's game. Ekholm may not be a stud of a fantasy player like his teammate Suban, but if he can keep producing, he could have fantasy value. Fantasy owners, as of right now, can hold off on picking him up unless needy for a defenseman.
