Pekka Rinne placed on IR with undisclosed injury

Pekka Rinne was replaced after suffering an injury in the third period. The injury occurred after a collision with Nashville teammate Kevin Fiala.
Fantasy Impact:
Pekka Rinne will be out at minimum three games leading to his expected return date at October 27th against Edmonton. The injury remains undisclosed which leaves room for the timetable to be extended. Juuse Saros now holds elite goaltending value while Rinne is out.
