Petr Mrazek stopped 20-of-21 shots during Carolina's 3-1 win versus Detroit as Mrazek was able to get an easy revenge win versus his former team. The Hurricanes fired 14 shots before Mrazek was finally tested at 13:31 of the first period.
Fantasy Impact:
He is now 2-2-1 in five starts for the Hurricanes with a 2.64 GAA and a .888 save percentage. He is a quality spot fantasy start, playing behind a first-place Carolina team for fantasy purposes, but with the return of Scott Darling soon the long-term solution in goal for the Hurricanes is still uncertain.
