Rasmus Dahlin achieves first multiple point game of his career

by Erik Allen Zingg | Sabres Correspondent | Sat, Nov 10th 5:07pm EST

Rasmus Dahlin had his career-first multiple point game in Saturday afternoon’s Sabres 4-3 overtime shootout win over the Canucks. Dahlin assisted on Nathan Beaulieu’s first period and then Sam Reinhart’s game tying goal in the third period.

Fantasy Impact:

Rasmus Dahlin had the first of likely many multiple point games in his career. Dahlin’s 2 assists give him 1 goal and 6 assists through 17 games this year. Dahlin is seeing action on the Sabres second power play unit and he is offensively inclined whenever he is on the ice so the points will come. Unless you are in a keeper league this may not be the year that you get great things from Dahlin. He will do well and should be owned in at least deep leagues but he is still learning the game. Monitor Dahlin’s progress and if it starts clicking regularly for him pick him up swiftly.
