Jordan Eberle scores goal and assist in Islanders win

by Erik Allen Zingg | Kraken Correspondent | Wed, Nov 14th 10:59am EST

Jordan Eberle scores his 5th goal of the season in the first period and assisted on Tom Kuhnhackl’s goal in the third period of the Islanders 5-2 win over Vancouver on Tuesday night.

Fantasy Impact:

Jordan Eberle has been maddeningly inconsistent so far this season. With consistent 2nd line even strength and 1st line power play duties Eberle’s scoring chances shouldn’t be an issue. A line shakeup going into Tuesday night’s game could be to the benefit of Eberle with new linemates Brock Nelson and Andrew Ladd. With 5 goals and 5 assists through 17 games, Eberle is way off pace to his normal 50-60 point range. If you have roster room to stash and wait for Eberle to find his groove do it. If not, it may be wise to try and off load him.
