Auston Matthews out at least two more games

Auston Matthews (left-shoulder) has been out since October 27th, but could return some time in the next week or so, according to TSN's Mark Masters. (TSN)

"There's no timeline here yet and we'll just keep on keeping on. There's no sense rushing him back," said Leafs coach Mike Babcock. Matthews missed four weeks in the 2017-18 campaign with a right shoulder injury. Toronto has averaged 3.50 average goals for this season, even without Matthews for the last 12 games.
