Eric Staal scores goal in Wild loss

Eric Staal netted his 10th goal of the season in the first period of the Wild’s 5-3 loss to the Maple Leafs on Saturday night.
Fantasy Impact:
Eric Staal is putting together another respectable season in Minnesota after falling off towards the end of his tenure in Carolina. Staal has 10 goals and 9 assists through 25 games. Staal should be able sustain that scoring rate and possibly raise it a little. Staal is on a strong second even strength line with Jason Zucker and Mikael Granlund and also is getting first power play unit duty. Staal is of value in most fantasy formats especially those that have faceoff wins as a category.
