Frederik Andersen, Leafs halt two-game skid
by John Pritchard | Hurricanes Correspondent | Wed, Dec 12th 8:28am EST
Frederik Andersen stopped 29-of-30 shots as the Maple Leafs defeated the Carolina Hurricanes 4-1 in Raleigh Tuesday night.
Fantasy Impact:
The Hurricanes mustered only three shots on goal during the first half of the first period, but Andersen stood strong for the remaining surge (no pun intended.) It was a welcomed return to form for Andersen, who last allowed six goals against the Boston Bruins Sunday. Keep him in your lineup through thick and thin.
