Mikko Rantanen scored a goal and set up three more in Tuesday nights 6-4 home loss to the visiting Edmonton Oilers. He tallied four points, a plus-2 rating and three SOG through 23:36 of ice time.

That's twelve games in a row that Rantanen has contributed to the score sheet. He hasn't been held to a donut since November 16th and only four of the 12 games haven't been multi-point efforts. With the top line of the Avalanche dominating and seemingly getting points at will, there is no reason why he shouldn't be starting every time the Avs hit the ice.
