Darcy Kuemper saved 29 of the 32 shots he faced Tuesday versus New York. Arizona would lose 3-1.
Fantasy Impact:
With the possible season-ending injury to Raanta, Kuemper is battling with youngster Adin Hill for starts. It can be argued last season was his best, as he was 10-1-3 with a 2.10 GAA with the Kings. Kuemper has been a backup goalie for multiple seasons now. Kuemper has perhaps his best chance to win a major role.
