Darcy Kuemper saved 35 of the 38 shots he faced versus the Sharks Sunday. Arizona would win 4-3 in the shootout.
Fantasy Impact:
With the possible season-ending injury to Raanta, Kuemper is battling with youngster Adin Hill for starts. It can be argued last season was his best, as he was 10-1-3 with a 2.10 GAA with the Kings. Kuemper has been a backup goalie for multiple seasons now. Kuemper has perhaps his best chance to win a major role.
