Darcy Kuemper saved 33 of the 35 shots he faced Friday versus the Devils. Arizona lost 3-2 in the shootout.
Fantasy Impact:
Kuemper has perhaps his best chance to win a major role. With the possible season-ending injury to Raanta, Kuemper is battling with youngster Adin Hill for starts. It can be argued last season was his best, as he was 10-1-3 with a 2.10 GAA with the Kings. Kuemper has been a backup goalie for multiple seasons now.
