Mikko Rantanen scores in win

Mikko Rantanen potted a goal in Monday nights 6-3 road victory against the Toronto Maple Leafs. He finished the game with one goal, a plus-2 rating, and two shots through 20:42 of ice time.

Fantasy Impact:

Rantanens goal was the result of a solid defensive play in the Leafs zone. Nazem Kadri was trying to breakout up the boards only to have his pocket picked by Rantanen. He promptly turned around and gave wide open Nathan Mackinnon a look for the one timer but decided to fire one past Frederick Anderson for the game tying goal. That was Rantanens 21st goal and 69th point of the season. He continues to be the steal of the draft and must be started every game.
