Tyson Jost potted his first career post-season goal to give Colorado a 1-0 lead late in the second period. Unfortunately for Colorado, San Jose would score two unanswered goals to secure a 2-1 victory in Game Five.

Jost has two points in 10 post-season games played this year. He will look to have a bigger impact for the Avalanche in an elimination game this upcoming Monday night at home.
