Erik Karlsson May be leaving San Jose

Karlsson didn’t say for sure that he was leaving, but the tweet he sent out thanking the fans and the organization for a great season was very telling. Karlsson is set to be a free agent along with a few other Shark stars like Joe Thornton and Joe Palvelski. (CBSsports.com)
Fantasy Impact:
This looks like the beginning of what can be a reboot for the San Jose Sharks after coming so close to the Stanley cup finals. Karlsson was brought to the sharks in a blockbuster deal in the fall but didn’t have quite the impact that was expected only posted 45 points while trying the play through various injuries. That being said, Karlsson should be a hot commodity when it comes to the free agent market this offseason.
