Antoine Bibeau takes home first NHL career victory

Antoine Bibeau was the winning tender on Saturday night, backstopping the Avalanche to a 5-4 OT victory. He stopped 28 of the 32 shots he faced.

Fantasy Impact:

Bibeau looked sharp in this one and was rewarded with one in the win column. The third and fourth goals were fortunate for the Canucks as they were both on a Vancouver empty-net man advantage. The third, Matt Calvert was completely out of the play due to taking a shot off the head and bleeding on the ice. The fourth was a renegade puck bouncing around in the air that landed in Brock Boeser's lap which he put in. Regardless, 27 seconds into OT Nathan Mackinnon sent the Vancouver staff back home to Granville with a loss, giving Bibeau his first win.
