Valeri Nichushkin scores a shorty

Valeri Nichushkin found the back of the net in Wednesday night's 3-1 road victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs. He totaled one goal, a plus-1 rating, a team-high five shots, and one hit.
Fantasy Impact:
Nichushkin had a little bit of luck on this one as Jason Spezza broke his stick on the play and accidentally got wrapped up with Morgan Rielly at the point. He was able to stab the puck free and create a break away which he potted with four seconds left on the PK. It was a big goal/game winner for the Avs and the bench clearly loved it. He's up to three goals and three assists on the season. He's a depth winger for the Avalanche and isn't typically useful for fantasy but he's gaining some momentum and may be worth streaming consideration in the near future.
