Philipp Grubauer earns first star in victory

Philipp Grubauer was the winning goalie in Wednesday night's 3-1 road win over the Toronto Maple Leafs. He turned away 38 of the 39 shots he faced backstopping the Avalanche to four in a row.
Fantasy Impact:
Grubauer came to play in this one, regularly denying the Leafs in the high-danger zone. He earned his first star in this performance and has now won three in a row. He has a very fine 10-5-2 record with a 2.75 GAA and .916 save percentage. Expect Pavel Francouz to be between the pipes vs. Montreal on Thursday.
