Alexandar Georgiev stopped 45 of 47 pucks to help the Rangers defeat the Columbus Blue Jackets 3-2 in regulation Thursday night.

Georgiev backed up his shutout performance from Saturday night against New Jersey with another stellar one on Thursday. He has now allowed just a pair of goals on his last 80 shots faced. He will now improve his record to 7-4-1 with a 2.98 GAA and 0.918 SV%.
