Pavel Francouz was the winning goalie in Friday night's 1-0 road win over the Anaheim Ducks. He saved all 26 shots he faced.
Fantasy Impact:
After being denied the goose egg in his previous start with less than three minutes remaining, Francouz held the Ducks off the board all game. He will be getting the majority of the starts until Philipp Grubauer returns and has proven that he can be an effective net minder for the Avalanche and fantasy owners. The team in front of him can score and he carries solid upside. His record moves to 15-5-0-3 with a 2.33 GAA and .926 save percentage.
