Mackinnon registers a helper in win

Nathan Mackinnon tallied an assist on Monday night helping the Avalanche win 2-1 over the hosting Detroit Red Wings. He accumulated a point, a plus-1 rating and five shots.
Fantasy Impact:
Mackinnon hasn't been producing at "normal" Mackinnon standards but with the recent rash of injuries and line juggling, it's fair to assume that the Avalanche as a whole, are posturing more defensively to win games while they recover. He's still getting shots, he's still playing with Gabriel Landeskog, he's still logging more than 20 minutes per game, and he's still on the PP1 line. No need to worry heading into the fantasy playoffs. He's up to 33 goals and 86 points.
