Makar gets two points in Avalanche win

by Jeremy Farr | Avalanche Correspondent | Sat, Mar 20th 10:39pm EDT

Cale Makar tallied a goal and an assist on Saturday when the Avalanche defeated the Minnesota Wild 6-0. He finished the game with two points, a plus-2 rating, three shots, two hits and two blocks.

Fantasy Impact:

Makar's goal came on a sneaky wrist shot he fired from the high slot. He beat Kahkonen low blocker side, rung it off the post and in for his second of the year. His ability to move laterally on the along the blue line to get open and buy time is an excellent aspect of his game. He's up to 16 points through 17 games played.
