Girard fills up the stat sheet for Avalanche

Samuel Girard delivered a goal and three assists in Colorado's 6-2 win over the San Jose Sharks on Saturday. He tallied four points, a plus-2 rating, two PIM's, five shots and one block through 20:19 worth of ice time.
Fantasy Impact:
Maybe Girard heard the trade rumblings going around but there's no doubt that this performance will make Joe Sakic think again. He has accumulated seven points in his last three games and with the Avalanche walking wounded, they need help from wherever they can get it. He's sitting on one goal and eight assists this season and hasn't really helped in the blocks or hits department unfortunately.
