Mathew Barzal lit the lamp early in the first period but that would be all the Islanders could manage in their 4-1 loss to the Lightning.

Barzal has eight points and 38 shots on goal so far this season. He kicked in four hits during what was an intense physical battle between the two teams. The Islanders are struggling offensively so it is worth keeping an eye on any line changes going forward.
