Four-assist night for Nathan Mackinnon

Nathan Mackinnon scored a goal and produced four assists as the Avalanche blew out the visiting Jets on Thursday 7-1. He registered five points, a plus-3 rating, a team-high eight shots, and one block.
Fantasy Impact:
Mackinnon was perched on the Jets blue line as they changed and took a stretch pass to break in. He made a move that looked eerily similar to Cale Makar in the previous game, to shake the defender and blew the shot past Connor Hellebuyck who didn't appear to see it despite no traffic. It's only Mackinnon's fourth of the season but he's up to 29 assists (five behind Connor McDavid but 13 less games played) and needs to be started whenever Colorado plays.
