Philipp Grubauer starts shaky but settles down for Kraken comeback win

by Sean Varin | Kraken Correspondent | Sun, Mar 20th 1:39am EDT

The goalkeeper gave up two first period goals, putting the Kraken in a 2-0 deficit early. The first goal came on an assist by Dylan Larkin to Joe Velano. The second came by Taro Hirose, his first of the season. Grubauer settled down after that, and was perfect the rest of the way. The Kraken scored three unanswered in the third period and went on to win 4-2.

Fantasy Impact:

The goalkeeper wasn’t contested too much in this game, and ended up stopping 21-of-23 shots-on-goal for a .913 save-percentage. He moves to 14-26-5 and continues to try to do the best he can in his new home in Seattle.
