Jared Spurgeon producing from the back-end

Jared Spurgeon mustered two points in Minnesota's 6-3 victory over the L.A. Kings on Sunday. He finished the game with two points, a plus-2 rating, two shots and two blocks.
Fantasy Impact:
Only the seventh of the season for the Wild's defenseman but it was a pretty effort. A weak clearing attempt by L.A. led him to track the puck and knock it down to himself with his glove. He continued to break towards the net and put a backhand past Calvin Petersen. The night's work gets him to 36 points this season.
