Beniers wasted no time picking up his first NHL point after feeding a cross ice pass to Ryan Donato who slapped it home to open the scoring against the Flames Tuesday night.
Fantasy Impact:
The Kraken hope their first ever draft pick can provide a boost to their 30th-ranked offense as their inaugural season winds to a close. Beniers was slotted on the first line between Donato and Eberle and saw time on the powerplay in his debut. The 19-year old has stayed busy this year, appearing for the United States at both the World Juniors and Olympics in addition to a Frozen Four run at the University of Michigan.
