Cale Makar dominant in high-scoring affair

Cale Makar provided four points for Colorado chipping in on a 9-3 beat-down of the L.A. Kings on Tuesday. His stat line included a goal, three assists, a plus-2 rating and five shots.
Fantasy Impact:
Makar's goal was a glorious one-timer after getting a feed from Nathan Mackinnon while on the powerplay. Cal Peterson tried for it but was burned on the short side shelf. His other notable passes were both to Nathan Mackinnon one of them being a one-time goal and the other was springing him for a break-away pass up the middle. The duo was in sync tonight and Colorado is firing on all cylinders front to back. This definitely strengthens Cale Makar's case for the Norris this year. The night's work brings him to 26 goals 81 points.
