Dawson Mercer picked up one assist in the Devils' 5-2 loss to the Flyers Thursday.
Fantasy Impact:
Mercer is coming off a 2021-22 rookie campaign that saw the center score 17 goals and add 25 assists in 82 games for the Devils. The 20-year-old will look to take the next step for a Devils squad looking for offense from any place it can find it to start the season.
