by Chris Schommer | Red Wings Correspondent | Sun, Oct 30th 8:45am EDT

Ville Husso was stellar between the pipes for the Red Wings Saturday night, stopping 30 of 31 shots faced in a 2-1 win over the Wild.

Fantasy Impact:

Husso has been strong in net when called upon by the Red Wings early this season, allowing one goal or less in three of five starts in goal so far this season. The 27-year-old goaltender continues to have the upper hand over fellow netminder Alex Nedeljkovic as part of a retooled tandem for the Red Wings and new head coach Derek Lalonde, posting a solid .926 save percentage and 2.40 GAA in five starts (3-1-1) between the pipes so far this season.
