Sam Gagner contributes an assist and a shootout goal in Flyers victory

Philadelphia Flyers C Sam Gagner did a little bit of everything on Saturday night. He assisted on a first period goal, and later scored a shootout goal on Rangers G Henrik Lundqvist as the Flyers defeated the New York Rangers in a shootout by a score of 3-2. (NHL.com)

Sam Gagner has been a valuable contributor whenever he has been in the lineup. Gagner has appeared in five of Philadelphia's seven games this year, and has two goals and two assists to his credit. If he continues to produce like this, Gagner will not be sitting out many games from here on out. The Flyers next play on Tuesday when they host the Buffalo Sabres.
