Steven Stamkos undergoes successful surgery

Steven Stamkos underwent surgery Monday to treat a type of Vascular Thoracic Outlet Syndrome related to the blood clot he was recently diagnosed with. The surgery went well, but he'll be required to stay off the ice for one to three months as a result. (Lightning.NHL.com)

Fantasy Impact:

Stamkos is currently expected to make a full recovery for the 16-17 season. He ends the year with 64 points in 77 games.
