Shane Lowry finishes tied for second at the Canadian Open

by Nic Turner | Mon, Jun 10th 9:17am EDT

Shane Lowry had an impressive performance at the RBC Canadian Open, finishing at 15-under to tie for second with Webb Simpson. Lowry shot rounds of 64-68-66-67 to finish seven strokes behind Rory McIlroy.

Fantasy Impact:

Lowry enjoys short tracks like Hamilton Golf & Country Club and he was able to gain strokes in every category this week. He was great on the greens and around the greens, gaining more than one stroke on the field. Lowry will be in the field as the PGA heads to Pebble Beach for its next major. He will make for a strong DFS play on a shorter course that emphasizes ball striking and good around the green game.
