Troy Merritt shot rounds of 68-67-67-71 to finish at 15-under par at the Rocket Mortgage Classic. He took home $211,875.00 as he finished in a four-way tie for eighth place.
Fantasy Impact:
Merritt finished top-10 in birdie-or-better percentage last year on Tour. He tends to thrive on easier courses that offer up plenty of birdie opportunities. Merritt was helped by a hot putter all week. He finished seventh in strokes gained: putting, on the week. He will make for an intriguing DFS play at Muirfield Village next week.
