Collin Morikawa wins the Workday Charity Open

In his first career event at Muirfield Village, Collin Morikawa was victorious at the Workday Charity Open. Morikawa edged out Justin Thomas in a playoff to claim his second career PGA Tour title. He shot rounds of 65-66-72-66 to finish at 19-under for the week.
Fantasy Impact:
A couple weeks removed from missing his first career cut in 22 events, Morikawa bounced back in a big way. He finished third in both strokes gained: approach, and strokes gained: tee-to-green, for the week. The 23-year-old moves up to number 29 in the official world golf ranking.
