Rory McIlroy pulls T5 finish at 2022 US Open

Rory McIlroy carded rounds of 67-69-73-69 to finish two-under-par en route to a T5 finish at the 2022 US Open.
Fantasy Impact:
McIlroy entered the weekend as the betting favorite at +1100 but struggled in the fescue tallgrass, as did many others during their rounds at Brookline. The 33-year-old Irishman last won his only US Open in 2011 but has two solo event wins on the PGA Tour this season, including recently at the RBC Canadian Open. McIlroy is ranked third in the FedExCup and second in OWGR after producing his seventh top-ten finish of the season.
