For most fantasy leagues, there are only three more weeks of football before the playoffs including this weekend. The time is here and you’re either cruising by dominating your league-mates, battling it out for one of the last playoff spots, or tanking like the Browns and Titans. No matter the case, decisions need to be made for week 11 as it’s also the final week of the NFL where teams are on “bye”.

We’ve asked our featured experts to assist during these tough, yet exciting times, by providing answers to a few pressing questions. Who’s going boom and who’s going bust? Find out what names should be on your radar.

[Get More Advice: Who Should You Start? | Lineup Suggestions for your Team]

Q1. Name one “bye week fill-in” you’re high on to exceed expectations in Week 11 and give us an example of a player or two you like him better than as a starter.

Marvin Jones – WR at ARI
“I think there is a better than even chance that you can get some bye week relief from Marvin Jones. The Bengals just came off their first loss of the season and I think they are going to want to show the league they aren’t weak. As such, I can see them getting in a shootout with the Cardinals, thus providing Jones with the opportunity to outperform bigger names like Randall Cobb, T.Y. Hilton and Demaryius Thomas.”
The FFGhost (Dynasty League Football)

Alex Smith – QB, KC at SD
“Alex Smith is in a nice spot to succeed against the Chargers, who have been struggling against the pass. I prefer him to guys like Cutler and Tannehill, and even Andy Dalton.”
John Halpin (Fox Sports)

Danny Amendola – WR, NE vs. BUF
“In a battle of slot receivers, I’d take Danny Amendola over Randall Cobb in Week 11. With both Dion Lewis and Julian Edelman out for the Pats, Amendola should see an increased role. The matchup also leans heavily in his favor as Nickell Robey has given up many more plays than Captain Munnerlyn. ”
Liz Loza (Yahoo)

“Amendola falls into a role that usurps targets that are vacated by Dion Lewis and Julian Edelman in the New England passing game. I trust Amendola’s targets over someone like Demaryius Thomas, who is dealing with the unknown quantity that is Brock Osweiler at quarterback.”

Q2. Who should fantasy owners be most concerned about as a potential bust this week?

A.J. Green – WR, CIN at ARI
“After getting shutdown by Johnathan Joseph on Monday Night Football, I’d like to think A.J. Green would bounce back Sunday evening. Given, however, that he’s likely to draw Patrick Peterson, acknowledging Cincy’s bevvy of offensive weapons, and Andy Dalton’s recent struggles… he’s hard to trust in Week 11.”
Liz Loza (Yahoo)

Karlos Williams – RB, BUF at NE
“I know everyone loves Karlos Williams – heck, I do too. But he’s getting the ball fewer than 10 times per game, and you need to be wary of a player who’s so TD-dependent. Flexy, but that’s all.”
John Halpin (Fox Sports)

Demaryius Thomas – WR, DEN vs. KC
“I really think the state of flux that Denver finds themselves in this week bodes badly for Thomas. That’s not to say expectations haven’t already been lowered somewhat this season, however, I think at least this week, those expectations need to be lowered even more.”
The FFGhost (Dynasty League Football)

Lamar Miller – RB, MIA vs. DAL
“Miller has a plus matchup vs. the Cowboys defense, but with the return of Tony Romo potentially pushing the over/under and the surging Jay Ajayi clamoring for more playing time, this is a situation that could get muddy quickly and lead to a timeshare or worse, a ‘hot hand situation’.”
Rumford Johnny (Rummy & Ray Podcast)

Q3. What struggling player gets back on track & rewards patient fantasy owners?

Jason Witten – TE, DAL at MIA
“Jason Witten is hovering over the space between TE1 and TE2. While he’s reeled in five or six balls on an almost weekly basis, he hasn’t scored since Week 1. Even with a rusty Tony Romo under center, he should bounce back against a Dolphins squad that gave up 134 yards to Brent Celek last Sunday.”
Liz Loza (Yahoo)

Dez Bryant – WR, DAL at MIA
“Is Dez Bryant too easy an answer? He’s in his third game back from injury, and Tony Romo returns. Dez had a good game in Week 9, but sustained production is now likely.”
John Halpin (Fox Sports)

T.J. Yeldon – RB, JAC vs. TEN *has foot injury, but is expected to play
“I think there is a pretty good chance that Yeldon is able to take a solid step forward with an above average performance. He’s been a touch underwhelming so far this season but at least this week he should be able to prove to many why the Jaguars took a chance on drafting him.”
The FFGhost (Dynasty League Football)

Jimmy Graham – TE, SEA vs. SF
“Graham has been an utter disappointment (as has most of the Seattle offense), but facing the floundering Niners defense at home is a theoretical ‘get right’ situation.”
Rumford Johnny (Rummy & Ray Podcast)

Q4. Giovani Bernard and Jeremy Hill are very closely ranked this week. Who has the better fantasy outlook this week?

Bernard. He’s touched the ball six more times than Hill and has produced 346 more total yards. Through the air and on the ground he’s been the better back. The Cardinals have an opportunistic defense, but they did surrender 68 and 53 receiving yards to Duke Johnson and Theo Riddick respectively.”
Liz Loza (Yahoo)

“Do I have to pick one? It’s gotta be Giovani Bernard, due to the style of play, the Cardinals’ rush defense, and Hill’s general ineffectiveness.”
John Halpin (Fox Sports)

“This seems like a Bernard game to me. The Cardinals aren’t exactly an easy defense to move the ball on. I think the Bengals will need to temper their expectations of moving the ball between the tackles. Hill could be marginalized early on.”
The FFGhost (Dynasty League Football)

Bernard. Hill thrived last year with a primary I-Formation look, but with more of a spread look for the Bengal offense this year, Bernard has looked more explosive, confident, and more effective than Hill. Eventually, Hue Jackson will realize that Bernard is a better fit in his offense, and give him a larger share of the current workload.”
Rumford Johnny (Rummy & Ray Podcast)

Q5. Give us 1 bold prediction for week 11.

Jay Ajayi vultures Lamar Miller at the goal line for the first (but not last) time in his career. ”
Liz Loza (Yahoo)

“How about “Brian Quick catches a TD pass from Case Keenum?” I STILL BELIEVE IN YOU, BRIAN QUICK!”
John Halpin (Fox Sports)

Travis Kelce and Antonio Gates both find themselves outside the top five tight ends this week. One will even miss the top ten altogether.”
The FFGhost (Dynasty League Football)

“The Vikings defense will continue to frustrate a reeling Green Bay offense.”
