Jose Marmolejos went 1-for-1 with one RBI, one run scored and one walk in the Mariners 8-4 win Wednesday over the White Sox.

Marmolejos entered the game for Evan White who departed the game early with tightness in his left quad. He got the party started in the Mariners big seventh inning, leading it off with a walk before he later scored on an RBI single by Taylor Trammell. Marmolejos got to hit again in the same inning, driving in Kyle Seager who had just cleared the bases with a double. Marmolejos could be in line for more opportunities if White misses an extended period of time.
