Triston Casas (knee) to remain in Fort Myers for next few weeks

Casas has been rehabbing in Florida all offseason and will continue his progression in Fort Myers for the next couple of weeks before getting into extended spring training games. He has already been cleared to run, with sliding identified as the next significant hurdle in his recovery. (Chris Cotillo)
