Brandon Woodruff is scheduled to start on the mound in the fifth game of the regular season for the Milwaukee Brewers according to Adam McCalvy. (Adam McCalvy on Twitter )

Woodruff will toe the rubber against the Tampa Bay Rays for manager Pat Murphy. The veteran right-hander projects as one of the more stable arms in a rebuilt Milwaukee rotation, registering an 0.91 WHIP and 3.20 ERA in 12 starts (7-2, 83 strikeouts) in 2025.
