Toronto Blue Jays general manager Ross Atkins said that Trey Yesavage was “very effective” and that his velocity “bumped back up” in a minor league game on Wednesday. (Mitch Bannon on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Yesavage dealt with a right shoulder impingement during spring training. Despite looking sharp in Wednesday’s outing, he will continue to pitch in minor league games as he ramps up. Fantasy managers could potentially see him activated from the injured list in mid-to-late April.
